Caribana is a festival of Caribbean culture and traditions held each summer in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Annually, Caribana draws hundreds of thousands of tourists from around the globe to Toronto's lakeshore. Caribana is North America's largest street festival, frequented by over 1.3 million visitors each year. The 2011 outdoor parade will be held on July 30th, and the official Caribana Monday Event will be on August 1st at Traffik Night Club, 287 Richmond Street West, Downtown Toronto.

Peel region has an approximate population of 1.5 million people and its main urban centres are Mississauga and Brampton.
